Life At Jar

Working at Jar has been an exciting and unique journey. It's a fun mix of learning, chaos, and moments I swear could be written into a sitcom! I have grown quite a bit, met some incredibly talented people, and had one of the best cups of hot chocolate here (the secret is two parts chocolate, one part coffee, a rainy day at the terrace, and a dash of gossip)!

I came in thinking it would be “just another job in content”. Little did I know then that it would be the start of something so personal, so transformative! What I found was a space where my ideas were heard, my quirks celebrated, and my creativity pushed further than ever before. People now recognise me as the "Jar App guy" or the guy they saw on Instagram — and every time that happens, I smile. Because it reminds me how far I’ve come.

Since I joined Jar, the journey since has been nothing short of crazy (in the best way possible!). What I enjoy most is the level of accountability and ownership I get here. Jar has helped me build a new habit: spotting challenges on my own and finding ways to solve them. That shift in mindset has been a game-changer! Jar constantly challenges me to level up, not just in my work, but in how I think, lead, and show up every day.
